Kebbi State Governor, Nasir Idris has sworn in four new High Court judges along with two Sharia Court of Appeal Kadis.
The newly appointed judges, recently confirmed by the Nigerian Judicial Council are Justice Kwaido Muhammad Hassan, Justice Ibrahim Umar Halima,. Justice Jagwadeji Lauratu Suru, and Justice Muhammad Nuradeen. Joining them are Kadi Kabiru Aliyu SAN and Kadi Muhammad Atiku, who were sworn in as Kadis for the Sharia Court of Appeal.
In his address, Governor Idris urged the newly appointed judges and Kadis to intensify their efforts in delivering justice for the people of Kebbi State and Nigeria at large.
He commended their appointments as well-deserved, recognizing their dedication and professionalism.
The governor reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to bolstering the judiciary, promising to provide essential with an allocation of N300 million to address pending vehicle allowances owed to judges.
