Nigeria’s Vice President Kashim Shettima has assured Nigerians that the Bola Tinubu led government is prepared to provide industries for skilled Nigerians to thrive.
VP Shettima made the commitment at a one day working visit to Lafia, the capital of Nasarawa State.

The Vice President was on ground to inaugurate series of state government executed projects, one of which is the Graduation of 1,128 beneficiaries of the Wing Abdullahi Ibrahim Vocational and Technical Institute.

The graduands have undergone a six month intensive training skill acquisition on tailoring, baking, metal works, electrical installation among others.
The Nasarawa State Governor says his administration established the institute to create jobs and reduce unemployment in the country.
The Vice President is impressed with the efforts of the state government and assures of the readiness of President Bola Tinubu to provide industries for skilled Nigerians to gain employment.
Top government officials and other dignitaries in attendance commended the initiative of the state government.
The beneficiaries are confident that the skills acquired will enable them to be self reliant.
The Vice President also flagged off the distribution of tractors to boost agriculture and inaugurated the distribution of relief materials to persons affected by flood disasters.
