The acting controller general of the Nigerian Correctional Service, Sylvester Nwakuche, says the service won’t allow the few bad eggs to spoil its reputation.
Thew Acting Controller General is meeting with Command Controllers to unveil his vision for the service is the wake of challenges.
The Ag. CG notes with dismay that the prevailing securiity challenges in the country have affected the service as seen in the attacks on custodial centres.
But he warns that “other malfeasance that compromised the sanctity of the service are inexcusable and must never be tolerated”
