The Senate has referred the petition submitted by the Senator representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, to its committee on Ethics, Privileges and Public Petition.
The petition submitted by the Kogi Central Senator alleges that President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, Harrassed Senator Akpoti-Uduaghan Sexually, Abusecd his Office due to his Harrassment and also prevented Service of a valid Court Summons.
The Senate as whole directed the Committee to submit its findings to the Senate as soon as practicable.
President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, had earlier at the beginning of plenary categorically denied all allegations by Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.
He described the allegations as lies.
