About 7,000 internally displaced persons taking refuge at Muna IDP camp have benefited from first lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu’s Ramadan Palliative.
The gesture from the Renewed Hope initiative is aimed at improving the living conditions of the vulnerable.
The first lady was represented by wife of the Borno State Governor, Falmata Zulum.
While delivering message of the first lady, Falmata Zulum affirmed commitment of the Tinubu led Administration to better the lives of people in the country especially women, children and people living with disabilities.

According to the first lady, the support become necessary due to the economic difficulties faced by citizens especially women.
This intervention by Nigeria’s First Lady Senator Oluremi Tinubu is to give the IDPs a sense of belonging during this holy month of Ramadan.
These food items courtesy of the Renewed Hope Initiative is expected to sustain the IDPs for the period of one month.
Beneficiaries say the gesture would go a long way in alleviating their sufferings.
Dr. Falmata Zulum assured to carry out same gesture to other IDP camps across the State.
