The trial of leader of the Indigenous people of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu has resumed before Justice James Omotosho at the federal high court in Abuja.
At the last adjourned date Mr Kanu had pleaded not guilty to 7 count charge of alleged terrorism.
He had also apologised to the Court, Justice Binta Nyako the judge who had previously handled the case and his legal team.
Justice Omotosho had granted an accelerated hearing in the case.
Meanwhile, the Court has granted an order protecting the identity of the witness to be called by the Federal Government against Nnamdi Kanu,
