Katsina state governor, Aminu Bello Masari has called on the National Assembly to enact laws that will give harsh penalty on illicit drug users and traffickers.
Masari said he will team up with the state House of Assembly to strengthen the laws, dealing with drug related offences, and charged parents to be very vigilante about the type of company their children keep.
