Suspected Boko Haram terrorists have invaded Buni-Gari town in Yobe State and are shooting sporadically.
TVC News gathered that residents of the village are on the run, as there is no state protection for them.
A military unit stationed in the village was shut when soldiers moved out, after last month’s attack on their location.
But we hear vigilantes have confronted the attackers, and soldiers of the 27 Task Force Brigade, in Buni-Yadi are heading to Buni-Gari, which is 5 kilometers away.
This is the third attack on the village in less than one month.
