The acting minority leader of Gombe State House of Assembly, Honourable Maigari Jungudo, has decamped from the All Progressives Congress APC to the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
The legislator representing Funakaye North while announcing his defection accused his former party of injustice in its treatment of some founding members of the APC in the State.
His change of allegiance comes a few months after two members of the state assembly also decamped from the APC to the PDP which already had the majority in the state legislature.
Later the lawmakers passed the 2019 appropriation bill for the eleven local governments in Gombe state into law.
