The Accident Investigation Bureau says it has concluded on the site investigation to ascertain the remote and immediate cause of the crash -landing of Augusta AW 139 helicopter which occurred in Kabba, Kogi State.
The Vice President Yemi Osinbajo was in the helicopter when it occurred on Saturday.
The Accident Investigations Bureau deployed its team of investigators to the Saturday crash site .
Caverton Helicopters, operators of the crash landed aircraft have blamed the occurrence on unfavourable weather in a statement by its accountable manager Josiah Choms. But the Accident Investigation Bureau frowns at the step.

According to the spokesman of the Bureau, the investigators are through with first phase of the probe.
