The Peoples Democratic Party has called on Nigerians to capitalize on the extension of the collection of Permanent Voter Cards in Bayelsa East Senatorial District. The Deputy Governor and candidates of the party also urged the electorate to eschew violence and any act that will compromise the integrity of the election.
Akassa was the first port of call for the campaign trail of the Peoples Democratic Party in Bayelsa East Senatorial District.
Deputy Governor Gboribiogha Jonah and leaders of the party also visited Liama, Ogbokiri, Egweama and Beletieama where they re-inforced the message of collection pf Permanent Voter Cards ahead of the election.
Traversing the creeks and rivers of the area, the caucus leaders, candidates and other members of the PDP Bayelsa East Senatorial District arrived Two to seek the votes of the people.
They rounded off the campaign with a visit to Okpoama and Odioma.
