The Independent National Electoral Commission has kicked off the voting process for the supplementary elections in some of the states where elections were in conclusive.
At most of the polling units visited by TVC news this morning in Benue, Kano , Sokoto, Plateau states, some electoral officials resumed at 8am.
Also, voters are already arriving polling stations
The electoral umpire has encouraged all registered voters in the areas where elections will be conducted to go out and cast their ballots.
