Al Shabaab has claimed responsibility for the explosion in the heart of Somalia’s capital Mogadishu.The blast was later established to be a car bomb that hit a government ministry building.
Al Shabaab, which is fighting to establish its own rule strict interpretation of Sharia law, said one of its fighters rammed into the ministry building with a car bomb, allowing other fights to enter it.
