Two Nigerians have been stabbed to death in South Africa as they become the latest victims in ongoing Xenophobic attacks on foreigners in the country.
These latest victims are said to have been stabbed to death in Johannesburg and Cape Town on April 5 and April 6.
The assistant public relations officer, Nigeria Union in South Africa, Mr Odefa Ikele, confirmed the killings.
Mr Ikele said the the killing had been reported and a case of murder opened at booyens police station in Johannesburg.
Nigerians have consistently been victims of Xenophobic attacks in South Africa over the years as the country struggles to cope with increase in unemployment rate.
