The Chief of army staff, Lieutenant General Tukur Buratai says the Boko Haram sect is collaborating with ISIS to reign terror on communities in Borno state.
Buratai made this pronouncements at the ongoing conference at the infantry Corps of the Army, ongoing at the military cantonment in Jaji, Kaduna state.
General Buratai says the army under his watch will always be a step ahead of the sect.

The Army chief blamed traditional and religious leaders for promoting banditry and criminality across the country.
