The court of Appeal has reserved judgment in the appeals filed by the governor of Osun State, Gboyega Oyetola challenging the declaration of Senator Ademola Adeleke as the dully elected Governor of by the state election petition tribunal on 22nd March 2019.
The Appellate court also reserved judgment in the appeal filed both APC and INEC, challenging the judgment of the tribunal.
A 5-man panel of the justices of the Appellate court led by Justice Jimmai Sankey announced that judgments are reserved after parties in the appeals had adopted their final brief of argument.
