The Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has re-arrested former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode on Friday in Lagos.
He was arrested just as he left the Federal high court premises.
Fani-Kayode was first invited in May the 9th, 2016 by the anti-graft agency after his Abuja home was raided.
The EFCC claimed it had the right to carry out raids as Fani-Kayode must answer for PDP’s campaign funds being the Director of publicity for former President Goodluck Jonathan.
He was arrested and detained for two months and granted bail.
Fani-kayode told the media before being whisked away by the operatives of the EFCC that he will never be intimidated.
