Ekiti State pensioners have denounced the move by politicians to earn life pensions and urged Nigerians to rise up against the idea. The pensioners raised some other issues bordering on their welfare and the wellbeing of Ekiti youths at a news briefing in Ado Ekiti.
TVC News Correspondent, Akin Ogunmola reports that Ekiti pensioners have also called on the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission to urgently release the guidelines on the newly approved minimum wage and pension as well as made a case for the payment of outstanding gratuities to Local Government retirees.
