All roads will lead to Edo State this weekend as foreign and local athletes converge on Edo North for the seventh edition of the Okpekpe 10 kilometre Road Race.
Foreign elite athletes from more than seven countries across the world are expected to start arriving Okpekpe from wednesday for the race which holds on Saturday.
Runners are from the United States, Australia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Eritrea, Uganda and Nigeria
All athletes for the competition are to also collect their running kits and numbers from tomorrow till Friday.

The Okpekpe 10 kilometre race is a test of endurance for long distance athletes which runs over paved road winding through steep hills and valleys from Apana road to Okpekpe.
