U-20 World Cup: Nigerian fans slam flying eagles after loss to U.S

Nigerian fans have slammed Paul Aigbogun’s boys for their 2-0 defeat against the USA in their second Group B game of the U20 World Cup.

After earning rave reviews in the first game,they failed to live up to expectation in the the game against the U.S.A as they were defeated 2-0

The result leaves the West African country with a must-win game when they take on Ukraine for their last Group D fixture on Thursday

Meanwhile,Ukraine have overtaken Nigeria to top group D. They now have six points from two matches after pipping Qatar one-nil earlier in the day.

In Group C, Uruguay and New Zealand have secured their places in the knock out phase. New Zealand beat Norway 2-0 to go top with 6 points. Uruguay also beat Honduras 2-0 to stay second with 6 points but are behind New Zealand on goal difference.
