Yusuf Lasun, who is also the Deputy Speaker of the Nigerian House of Representatives is demanding a retraction of a statement made by the ECOWAS Parliament speaker.
Mr Lasun is presently on holy pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia and said he took necessary permission from the Nigerian Speaker and the ECOWAS speaker before travelling.
He insisted he did not request for payment from the secretariat and wonders why the speaker singled him out.
