The race for who occupies the principal offices in the 9th has intensified.
In the house of representatives, it appears it might be a smooth ride for APC’s Femi Gbajabiamila and Ahmed Wase as more than 200 members-elect of the green chamber have endorsed their speakership bid.
But the same cannot be said for the red chamber.

Meantime, in the camp of the governing APC, Senator Ali Ndume is yet to step down for the party’s anointed candidate for senate president, Ahmed Lawan.
