The government through its prosecution counsel Aminu Alilu, prayed the court for an order, directing that the court should be vacated and only the trial judge will see the defendant when he is testifying.
He also prayed for an order that the names of the prosecution witness will not be disclosed.
Jones Abiri is a journalist facing a 3 count charge brought against him by the federal government bordering on terrorism, economic sabotage and fraud.
He was granted bail by Justice ijeoma ojukwu to the sum of 100 million naira, and also to provide a guarantor who would have to be a landowner.

At the resumed sitting, prosecution counsel informed the court that his depositions was not challenged as a way of counter affidavits and urged the court to deem same as correct.
But counsel to the defendant Samuel Ogala, tendered an acknowledgment copy to show that the office of the AGF was served with their reply
The trial Judge also acknowledged the affidavits in response to the depositions in the court file.
The Prosecution counsel therefore asked for an adjournment to enable him go through the responses as he was not aware that they had been served.
The court adjourned to 3rd July for hearing and trial.
