The Speaker of the c, has commended the judgement of the Election Petition Tribunal nullifying the victory of Dino Melaye as a Senator.
The Speaker said in a statement that the verdict has only confirmed the level of fraud perpetrated by the People’s Democratic Party during the last general election.
He said the decision of the Tribunal to order fresh election in line with the prayers of APC standardbearer, Smart Adeyemi, was victory for the entire well meaning people of Kogi West senatorial district.
Mr. Kolawole believes the outcome of the Tribunal has rekindled hope of the common man in the judiciary.

The Speaker called on APC members to be vigilant and prepare for victory in the rescheduled election.
