The Federal high court sitting in Abuja, has declined to review the exparte order granted by Justice Taiwo Taiwo, allowing the States Security Service to detain the convener of Revolution Now protest Omoyele Sowore for 45 days.
Delivering ruling in an application filed by Omoyele Sowore challenging the order granted by Justice Taiwo Taiwo.
Justice Nkweonye Maya, held that she lacked the Jurisdiction to review the order made by a court of coordinate jurisdiction.
Justice Maha, also declined to hear the oral bail application filed by Mr Sowore’s Counsel.
She ordered the case the referred back to Justice Taiwo Taiwo and the order he granted subsists.
