Marcus Rashford opened the scoring before a Ross Barkley double and a Raheem Sterling finish made it 4-0 at the break.

Sterling slotted in a fifth before Harry Kane sealed the win.
England could have qualified with the win if Kosovo had failed to beat Montenegro in the other Group A game.
