Parents of six abducted students are appealing to the state government to facilitate the release of their children.
According to the parents, ransom has been paid but the kidnappers said they are waiting to also hear from government.
The El Rufai-administration has already expressed commitment in securing the release of the hostages.
Six female students and two teachers were abducted from the Engravers college, a boarding secondary school located in Chikun district of the state,about two week ago.
