A former Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, Retired Brigadier General Maharazu Tsiga, says he escaped death by the whiskers while in captivity.
He and 18 other kidnap victims who regained freedom after operations by security forces are grateful to have another chance at life.
Brigadier General Maharazu Tsiga (Rtd), a former Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, was kidnapped on February the 5th in his hometown in the Bakori Local Council Area of Katsina State.
He narrated his ordeal while in captivity to journalists.
Just like General Tsiga, Gideon Yohanna, Nigeria’s former deputy head of mission to South Africa, is also grateful to have regained freedom.
