Governor of Delta state, Sheriff Oborevwori has challenged his critics especially the former deputy president of the Senate, Ovie Omo-Agege to join him on projects tour across the state to see first-hand what his administration is doing with state funds.
Mr Oborevwori spoke during the inspection tour of ongoing projects in the state.
The construction of 8 units of duplexes at the commissioners quarters was where the governor began the inspection tour.
Then there’s the finished Udu bridge in Sector C of the Ughelli-Asaba Expressway, which the previous administration began.
The project tour continued to Ofagbe Bridge in Isoko North, followed by Southern Delta University in Ozoro, where the college of health sciences building is being constructed as part of the university’s expansion.
The governor wrapped up the inspection at the Southern Delta’s Orerokpe campus, where the contractor was entrusted with finishing work in time for classes to start in September.
