Itsekiri natives have shut down a 28,000 barrels per day oil production facility at Ogidigben, Warri South West of Delta state this morning as a warning to the Federal government over the unjust proposed ward delineation of Warri Federal Constituency by INEC.
They intend to shut more facilities in their area in coming days.
