The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has announced that the sale of application forms for the 2025 Direct Entry (DE) will commence on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
This registration is essential for candidates holding degrees, diplomas, or A-level certificates who wish to gain admission into their chosen universities.
The DE registration follows the completion of the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) application process, which closed on Saturday, March 8, 2025.
A total of 2,030,627 candidates registered for the 2025 UTME, with 200,115 registering for the Mock-UTME and 630 for the trial mock.
JAMB has stressed the need for applicants to meet all entry requirements, cautioning that any false declarations will attract strict penalties.
A special committee will authenticate all submitted A-Level qualifications, and any fraudulent documents will lead to prosecution. Institutions have also been advised to verify certificates directly before granting admissions.
Registration can only be carried out at JAMB Professional Registration Centres (PRC).
