The National Orientation Agency in Kebbi State has hosted a Special retreat aimed at formulating the Office Management Plan and Annual Operation Plan for 2025.
NOA State Director, Mohammed Nasir Karofi, gathered distinguished guests, stakeholders, and agency staff to discuss strategic goals and operational procedures emphasizing the retreat’s role in ensuring effective discharge of the NOA’s mandate.
He outlined the primary objectives, which include developing a comprehensive Office Management Plan and a robust Annual Operation Plan that incorporates SMART activities to enhance the agency’s outreach.
The retreat featured notable addresses, including one from Professor Tukur Muhammad Baba, where he urged leaders to prioritize honesty over popularity and called for grassroots development to empower young citizens.
Baba voiced concerns about the current state of Nigeria, advocating for collective efforts to address issues like insecurity and public disillusionment.
The retreat not only laid the groundwork for NOA’s 2025 strategies but also reinforced its commitment to fostering collaboration with stakeholders for unity and development in Kebbi State.
