Suspected Boko Haram Terrorists have reportedly attacked Geidam Community in Yobe state.
The attack follows on from one earlier in the week on a market in Ngalda community where 7 persons were killed.
Residents in the Community say they heard Multiple gun Shots at about 1am this Morning which lasted for almost two hours.
The gun battle between the insurgents and the Soldiers led to the death of one of the insurgents, while some weapons were recovered from the fighters.
At the moment Security operatives are carrying out mob operations at the scene.

Though the attack was not claimed by Boko Haram or any terror element with the Police in State describing it as a Robbery with the attackers stealing Money and Other valuables from POS Operators in the market.
Yobe State along with Adamawa and Borno State are the BAY States who have been hard hit by the Boko Haram scourge and the consequences over the last 14 years since.
